The Optimal Wellness Center is an integrative medical wellness center.  This means we combine Western medicine, therapeutic lifestyle changes with complementary therapies for the best possible health outcome.  Our programs work because the principles are based on current scientific research, addressing the cause of disease not just the symptoms.

We Specialize in Therapeutic Lifestyle Change, and Medical Acupuncture

Our focus is in helping you develop a healthy lifestyle plan for optimal wellness.  This can include but is not limited to dietary changes, nutritional supplementation, fitness programs and stress reduction. We work with our patients to design an individual wellness program based on the results of a comprehensive evaluation and personal goals.

Please note: We do not provide primary care. However we are happy to work with your primary care provider to develop and coordinate your treatment plan.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, have more energy, less pain or reduce your risk of developing chronic diseases, we are here to help.

Acute and Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain

Our treatment approach to pain addresses a wide range of diseases and symptoms, such as: arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis, muscle pain, muscle spasm, myofascial pain, back pain, neck pain, hip pain, knee pain, ankle pain, plantar fasciitis, pain in the shoulder, elbow and wrist; tennis elbow.

  • Dr. Keller is trained in palpatory acupuncture which combines classical Chinese medical principles with modern pathophysiology, giving patients the best benefits of both.
  • Laser acupuncture uses same palpatory method as acupuncture, but applies a cool laser to stimulate the acupuncture points instead of needle insertion.
